HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER? 

Depending on complexity, it may take 1-6 weeks, plus shipping time. 

 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes. Shipping costs will vary according to destination and weight of package. We will send you an estimate of shipping costs and you can decide accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns. 

We are very specific about asking for detailed sizing measurements. If sizing is off, we will alter and adjust for free (customer covers shipping).

If a product does not meet your expectations or is damaged in shipping process, we will work with you to find the best solution.

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY?

We hold an open door for repairs. Depending on what is needed we are happy to update, repair, or replace, at a low or reduced cost. 

Please note that leather wear is part of a natural process, and your items will adjust (or be "trained") according to how you use your product.
