HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER? 

Depending on complexity, it may take 1-6 weeks, plus shipping time. 

 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes. Shipping costs will vary according to destination and weight of package. We will send you an estimate of shipping costs and you can decide accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns. 

We are very specific about asking for detailed sizing measurements. If sizing is off, we will alter and adjust for free (customer covers shipping).

If a product does not meet your expectations (e.g., damaged in shipping process), we will work with you to find the best solution. According to what is needed, if you send the product back (customer covers shipping), we can repair/alter the original or send you a new product. 

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE WARRANTY?

We back our products for the rest of your life. If your leather needs replacing, we will rework your good at a discounted price. 

Please note that our leathers are high-grade Italian leathers. They are able to maintain their original aesthetics even after tested under a variety of environments and daily use. With this said, leather wear is part of a natural process, and your items will adjust (or be "trained") according to how you use your product.
